SECTION 3 - CONTRACTUAL NATURE OF ORDERS

A contract of sale is only finalized upon our formal issuance of a dispatch confirmation email. Payments must be successfully processed prior to order fulfillment. SECTION 9 - INFRASTRUCTURE DISCLOSURE (SHOPIFY)

Arreunirn utilizes the Shopify e-commerce framework to host our digital storefront. While Shopify provides the underlying technology for our Services, all commercial obligations, product warranties, and transactional responsibilities are held solely by Arreunirn. You agree that Shopify shall not be party to any dispute between you and the Brand regarding product quality or fulfillment.

SECTION 10 - DATA PROTECTION AND GOVERNANCE

The collection and utilization of your personal data are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. Due to our integration with the Shopify ecosystem, certain data processing activities are conducted by Shopify to optimize service delivery. SECTION 11 - USER CONTRIBUTIONS AND LICENSING

Any reviews, feedback, or creative submissions provided by you (collectively, “Feedback”) grant Arreunirn an irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free license to utilize, modify, and distribute such content globally. EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY GUARANTEED BY ARREUNIRN, THE SERVICES AND ALL PROCURED PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS, DEVOID OF ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ABSOLUTELY FREE FROM ERRORS.

SECTION 16 - STATUTORY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARREUNIRN—INCLUDING OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES—SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR INTERACTION WITH OUR SERVICES OR THE UTILIZATION OF ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE BRAND.

SECTION 17 - COMPENSATORY PROTECTION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arreunirn, our service providers, and our affiliates from any third-party claims, legal fees, or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any statutory regulations or third-party rights.

SECTION 18 - CLAUSE INDEPENDENCE (SEVERABILITY)

Should any specific provision within these Terms be deemed unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 - JURISDICTION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to undergo a mandatory 30-day informal resolution period via our support channels (support@arreunirn.com).

SECTION 20 - ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT

The failure of Arreunirn to enforce any specific right or provision within these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Brand, superseding all prior communications or proposals.

SECTION 21 - TRANSFER OF RIGHTS (ASSIGNMENT)

You may not assign or delegate your rights under this agreement without our express written consent. Arreunirn reserves the right to transfer or assign our rights and obligations herein to any successor or affiliate without restriction or prior notification.
