3. Allocation of Transportation Costs

Consumer-Initiated Returns: For returns predicated on personal preference, "change of heart," or situational changes, the customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Please be advised that original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

All aforementioned "Pristine Condition" requirements remain applicable for these statutory returns.
